Maia

Maia, Maia, Maia. She's awesome! Our little Italian 18-year-old finally arrived in Pittsburgh this morning, and we're in love. We couldn't be luckier!

We decided to go to Papa & Z's favorite Pittsburgh restaurant, Joe's Crab Shack, for lunch. As we were parking, Maia mentioned that she didn't eat seafood. Uh, oh. But, I think she enjoyed it anyway! I know the boy did!

Joe's is the best restaurant we've ever been too as parents; you sit outside & there is an in-house playground. Good times. Unless the boy's asleep, this is the only way we can "eat out."

(NOTE: the boy's black hands above & oh-so-dirty feet below; gross!)

Maia was pretty tired, so after we got back to Wheeling, we took a walk around Woodsdale; met the good neighbors, and then off to bed.
