Vintage Raceboat ReRegatta

Welcome to Wheeling's 2010 Vintage Raceboat Regatta! Alexander's second visit to the Heritage Port to watch a little zoom, zoom, splash was a great success!

Of course, we have no idea who won... But, you know, we have no time for those things when we could be running up & down the Wesbanco Arena stairs instead.

The lovely Maia helped entertain the little one... well, chase him down as he sprinted this way and that!

Papa said, "Alexander, look at Ella. Do you see how she lays on her blanket & plays so nice? You should do that." His little talk with the boy didn't help. He was on the move. The kiddo slowed for a minute after a quick stop @ Quaker Steak tent for a Twizzler...
Alexander loved the Twizzler so much, he just had to share a bite with baby Ella. Ms. Amber wasn't so happy...
After a long morning at church, and then 3 hours at the Regatta, I thought for sure the boy was ready to pass out. Guess again. Up until 8:30pm. No nap. Nothing. But crank. And a quick flip off of his play set...

Edit: No worries, the boy shook it off. He got a little grass burn, so when he decided to eat a pickle for dinner he freaked out a bit as the brine ran down his chin. Of course, he was up 8-10x last night & restless, but I'm sure he's just sore. Sorry to scare everyone!

I second Jenny Brown, my heart is in my throat and Sarah said, "did he fall, oh no we need to save him!" I would call right now if I did not think it would wake Denis.
