Obviously, this isn't quite about the boys, but it is, kinda, about our adventure. Babushka's cancer returned around the time Alexander was born and she's spent the last 4 years suffering thru and reaping the reward of every available Chemotherapy drug available. In July she decided no more experimental Chemo and that she would tackle her problem naturally. She adopted a (mostly) vegan and raw diet and started using baking soda compresses. In September when Babushka returned to take Saveliy home, her tumor had shrank considerably and she was feeling much healthier.
Moral of the story? We need to eat to live, it's probably easier done now, then when the boys' have their own boys.
