Saying goodbye to the neighbors was hard. Not just because Saveliy was sad to leave, but also because during the last week in the Wild & Wonderful, as hard as we tried, we were never in the same place at the same time. But Friday morning time had run out, so Saveliy intercepted Belle on her way to the school bus with Timbits and Matrushkas for all the girls, and a very special bracelet just for Isabelle.
Although it will be super-embarrassing in 15 years, I will mention that Saveliy and Isabelle said their goodbyes with "I love yous," and promises to get married when they are bigger. Cute? I think so.
