Z took a quick morning nap while we waited for the mercury to rise & the snow to slow. Then we all over-bundled & headed out doors.
At first we thought we'd just take a walk with Z's $3 snow bird. But we quickly realized how hard it is to stroll in 10 inches of very, very heavy, wet snow. So Mama & Papa pulled out the shovels instead!
It wasn't long before Zander's fan club arrived to entertain the little man.
Julie & Colleen Goodneighbor absolutely adore the little snowman. And I think Z is in love with them just as much.!
Alexander was so cute/funny in his hand-me-down snow suit. He had so many layers under his snow pants, that he kept popping his buttons! He was like Ralphy's little brother in the Christmas Story. 
Aunt Sveta made Z a fabulously silky & warm ski mask. Of course, he wasn't happy with it over his chin for long, but what drolly boy would be?
Of course our little snowman wasn't content just watching for long. So the girls found a Zander-sized shovel & taught him the wintertime ropes.
