My Boys Bake More: Monster Cookies

The only thing I could tell my doctor, about my "episodes," and their connection to food, was "Monster Cookies." They're great. They're vegan. They're gluten free. They're healthy. I often have an attack shortly after baking them, but they are delicious. And I'm weak.

And now that we have cable and PBS Sprout, Alexander can completely appreciate baking with Arm and Hammer. Seriously, he was really excited when he saw the box, and begged to be the one to add the baking soda!

Snow Day: My Boys Bake

I won't suggest that I'm putting MORE pictures than usual, but I am certain I'm not excluding as many pictures as before. With Daddy so far away, it's hard not to try to show him every cute thing these boys do. And they are so darn cute. Especially when they have flour on their cheeks and are concentrating on making treats.

And why they're so cute with flour on their noses? They helped me make banana bran peanut butter muffins, pumpkin muffins, cornbread muffins and blueberry muffins. All for the freezer, of course. We need to use up all the ingredients in the house, but who wants to eat all that sugar? Right?
