A boy & his baby
Alexander really, really didn't want me to take his picture while "wearing" his baby. He was being the Daddy, wearing his baby, and carrying a huge shopping bag around the house this morning. Adorable, let me tell you!

Oh, Poop. Seriously, poop already.
Today we took William to see a gastroenterologist at Pittsburgh Children's Hospital... exhale. JB played with Alexander for seven hours (seven hours) while we were gone, and had dinner on the table when we got home. Best. Friendo. Ever. Seriously, I'm not sure we would have made it in the Wild & Wonderful so long without them (and our other neighbors). We're lucky. Our kiddos are lucky.
Of course, Will.i.am didn't feel so lucky when the very nice man was taking seven (seven!!) vials of blood or the nurse practitioner was... well, hopefully he doesn't remember that part of the day. But we're home, and despite the baby torture, we're healthy. Now, if we can all just re-learn to sleep (and let Mama sleep), all will be right in the world.

All Grown Up
Congratulations Julie!
Julie graduated from high school last weekend! Can you believe it? It doesn't seem that long ago that we spotted the two little neighbor girls eyeing us as we moved in. One talked, and the other just watched.
Julie was probably only 14 when we moved in. She's 18 now, and talks a whole lot more. She also loves Alexander. As soon as A was old enough to tackle, Julie became his best friend.
Julie loved him so much, I'm not even sure she was embarrassed at the bus stop when her one-boy fan club screamed, "Jew-Weee. Jew-Wee!" Every morning... So it was fitting that the boy would cheer her on as she crossed the stage & collect her diploma last weekend too. Seriously, waving, yelling, "Jew-Wee. Jew-Wee!" (Can you see him waving in the picture above?)
The excitement got to be a little much during the speakers, so Daddy took the boy out for a little pre-Julie graduating Phineas & Ferb...
But they came back in just in time to see Julie cross the stage... Yeah!
And then this week we celebrated!
And the BFF that Julie is, she spent much of her party chasing, tickling & introducing Little A to all of her friends. Seriously, what a wonderful neighbor (family)!
Despite all the fun, we didn't want to push our luck, so we brought the boy's home... a half an hour after bedtime, but just in time for some heavy rain & their first double rainbow! Now, that's some good graduating luck!
Congratulations Julie, and good luck @ West Liberty University!
