Take Two

Unfortunately, the maiden voyage of the USS Big Boy was much less than successful. Around 11:45pm Mama woke to the General Alarm (ie. screaming baby). But unlike every other General Alarm of the last 2 months, last night's alarm just couldn't be calmed!

The babe came to Mama's bed; but the screaming continued, he crawled out, and screamed the whole way back to his big boy bed. But when Mama tried to cuddle him in his own bed, he would climb out & head back to Mama's room. Ugh. Eventually, I took him downstairs for a little Tylenol & some Ice water, and then back up to Mama's room. Finally, with a cold cup in his hand, the boy with ready to calm down.

So, we'll see what happens tonight!


But tonight, Papa decided to play a few tunes to help the boy fall asleep... hopefully that works!

Tomorrow morning we head to the Audiologist & the Ear, Nose & Throat Doctor to evaluate the boy's chronic ear infections & the possibility of tubes. Wish us luck!
