Summer with Saveliy: Garden Park Swimmers

The boys did it; after two weeks of the doggie paddle, they've graduated from the Garden Park Swim Class of 2013. What exactly does this mean, you wonder? It means they still can't swim, but they might not drown... right away. And that they sure can rock the globs of sunscreen look.

They both did fabulous. Loved the water. And are very anxious for more swimming. Luckily, they won't have to wait long, Babushka signed them up for more lessons at the YMCA. Woo-hoo.

Remember Soccer Camp?

Ok, it's been a crazy summer, and it's just getting crazier. But before Cape Cod, and before Babushka's visit, and before the Summer of Saveliy, and before... there was soccer camp. Alexander's new favorite sport. Of course, after so much post-camp excitement, I'm not sure the boy remembers how much he loved it... but here's to re-lighting that fire.
